La oficina de H3C en Netherland está buscando un Ingeniero Postventa experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal debe tener un conocimiento profundo en la operación de switches y servidores y ser capaz de proporcionar un excelente soporte técnico y servicios al cliente en toda Europa.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Responsable de la instalación, configuración, mantenimiento y resolución de problemas de switches y servidores.
Proporcionar consulta técnica profesional y soluciones para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
Apoyar proyectos a corto plazo en otros países europeos cuando sea necesario.
Colaborar con el equipo para mejorar continuamente los procesos y la calidad del servicio.
Redactar y mantener documentación técnica y manuales.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
Al menos dos años de experiencia en el campo.
Competencia en la operación y mantenimiento de switches y servidores.
La certificación de Cisco (por ejemplo, CCNA, CCNP) y/o certificación de VMware será una ventaja.
Fluidez en español e inglés; conocimiento del chino es un plus.
Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y servicio al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switches and servers.
Provide professional technical consultation and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
