[ 本帖最后由 Aaron_Ci 于 2014-4-5 06:52 编辑 ]\n\n4.1日到达西班牙。由于国内的一些事情，到达西班牙时，签证有效期仅剩45天了（我的是学生签证D，有效期90天）。我和我的教授说了，然后他让秘书给我拍照片，复印全本护照，然后填了一张EX17表，就说不用我管了，等着签字就可以了。但是，来之前，URV的国际交流中心，给我发了一张办理流程，我发现很多地方可能需要我自己去办理，比如缴费，还有办理居住证明。

Documentationto ask for a NIE number:
There aretwo steps.
First
You should present in “Subdelegación de gobierno” government office, ( it is in Imperial Tarraco Square/ Estanislau Figueres street ) :
1. Passport and copy of the passport pages with your name and validity, your entry visa and entry stamp.
2. Form Ex-17. (original and copy) Youcan collect itin the International Center
When you go to present this documentation, in the government office they will give you a copyof Ex-17 stampedwiththe NIE number in the top left corner
Second
You should take to the police office:
1. the Copy of Form Ex-17 stamped in the government office
2. passport-sized photos on a white background.
3. passport and copy of the pages with your name and validity, your entry visa and entry stamp.
4. Form790. Which you can collect of the ICenter. You should take it to any bank and pay 15,30€ and they will stamp it. You need to present a stamped copy.
5. “Empadronamiento”. To obtain this, you must register at the OMAC (Rambla Nova,59) office of the town hall. (Here you should present the contract for your flatsigned by the owner / ofthe agency, and your passport
When you have everything prepared you should send an email with your NIE number and your surname and name and studies at URV to this address***and we will arrang an appointment at the police station.
